New Clients Are in for a Nice Surprise
Finding a new vet can feel like a big deal — especially if you've had a good one before and you're starting over. We get it. And we want to make the transition as easy as possible. From the moment you walk through our door, you'll notice a few things: a warm welcome from the entire team, a hot cup of coffee for you, and a treat for your pet. It's a small thing, but it says something about how we operate. We want you to feel at home here.

What Your First Visit Looks Like
The team will greet you and your pet by name. Then your pet will be seen by one of our veterinarians — who will take their time to get to know your pet, review their history, and do a thorough examination. We don't rush first appointments. We want to understand your pet's background, ask the questions that matter, and make sure you leave feeling like you found the right clinic — because we hope you have.If you have any specific concerns, worries, or questions you've been sitting on, this is the time to raise them. No question is too small.
What to Bring to Your First Appointment
- Previous vaccination records (if you have them)
- Any medical history from your previous vet
- A list and photo of any current medications or supplements your pet is taking
- A stool sample if your pet hasn’t had a parasite check recently (optional but helpful)
- Any questions you’ve been meaning to ask — write them down so you don’t forget
Don’t worry if you don’t have all of these. We can work with what you’ve got and request records from your previous clinic directly if needed.

We Won't Judge You
If it's been longer than it should have since your pet's last vet visit, you're not alone. Life gets busy. Things slip. We're just glad you're here now. We're not here to make you feel bad — we're here to help your pet. Whatever the starting point, we'll work with you to get their health on track.
Special Requests? Just Ask.
